The investment was led by Khosla Ventures — which has invested in companies like Square, DoorDash, OpenAI, and Impossible Foods in the past — and JLL Spark. Additional investors in the round included Hetz Ventures, MetaProp, Camber Creek, Rudin Management, DivcoWest, and Sage Realty.
