250 California is a 44,000 sf four-story boutique office building featuring ground-floor retail located in downtown Burlingame, CA. Currently under construction, the future building will include 38,000 square-feet of office space, retail space, and a three-level subterranean parking garage. It is expected to be completed in 2022.
