One Lincoln is a 36-story, 1.1 million square-foot, Class A office building located in downtown Boston.

Built in 2003 and formerly known as the State Street Financial Center, the building occupies a prominent location at the head of the Rose Kennedy Greenway and is steps away from Boston’s main transportation hub, South Station. The building represents one of Boston’s newest and most distinct office towers and is anticipated to undergo a complete renovation of the lobby, food services and amenity center, including a wellness deck with rooftop tennis/basketball court and a 1/8th mile walking trail, a fitness center with boxing ring and workout equipment, and an artisanal food market.
