DivcoWest has acquired over 22 million square feet of real estate. Our current technology-focused office portfolio consists of assets located in Silicon Valley, California, Austin, Texas, and Boston, Massachusetts.

Debt Commercial

LoanCore Capital, an affiliate of DivcoWest, currently manages a $1.5 billion commercial real estate debt vehicle. To date, LoanCore has acquired a loan portfolio with a face value of $800 million.

Debt Residential

In October 2008, DivcoWest began to acquire super senior AAA residential mortgage backed securities. We have assembled a portfolio with a face value of over $400 million at the time of purchase.

Land

DivcoWest has acquired ten land assets, each with substantially completed infrastructure, located in the Phoenix, Arizona, Las Vegas, Nevada and Northern California.

Residential

In July of 2010, Divco West began a joint venture partnership to acquire a residential portfolio focused on the purchase of apartment communities throughout California, Oregon and Washington.
