Mr. Lesko is responsible for all property management and construction activities for DivcoWest. Mr. Lesko served most recently as Director of Operations for Yale Properties USA and was responsible for the operation of a New England commercial real estate portfolio that consisted primarily of technology-oriented and telecommunications assets. Prior to Yale, Mr. Lesko held accounting and property management positions at Whittier Partners, a Boston-based full service real estate company. Mr. Lesko has extensive experience in site operations, construction, financial reporting and budgeting, leasing and tenant relations. He brings over 25 years of broad commercial real estate experience to DivcoWest. Mr. Lesko received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University.

Mr. Brandwein is responsible for operations and asset management. Prior to joining DivcoWest, Mr. Brandwein worked for five years at Colliers International as a Vice President, Financial Services. During his tenure at Colliers, he specialized in the financial analysis and the transaction process for real estate investment sales, completing over 65 commercial property sales, with a total property value exceeding $900 million. Prior to Colliers International, Mr. Brandwein spent three years as the Director of Finance at Yale Properties. Mr. Brandwein received Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degrees in Biology and Neuropsychology from the University of California, San Diego.
