Mr. Hamilton is responsible for acquisition and investment management. Prior to joining DivcoWest, Mr. Hamilton worked in the San Francisco office of Citigroup Investments where he sourced debt and equity opportunities for various joint venture funds and was responsible for developing new fund opportunities. Prior to Citigroup Investments, Mr. Hamilton worked as an Acquisition Analyst at Pacific Property Company. Mr. Hamilton received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Wallace is involved in the acquisition of commercial real estate assets for the sponsor's investment portfolios, with a focus on East Coast opportunities. Prior to joining DivcoWest, Mr. Wallace worked in Boston for Griffith Properties LLC, where he served as Director of Finance. Mr. Wallace's responsibilities there included deal sourcing, execution and all aspects of structuring and financing. Before Griffith Properties LLC, Mr. Wallace worked as an Acquisition Analyst for Yale Properties USA before ultimately being promoted to Director of Finance. Mr. Wallace received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University.

Mr. Teng is responsible for overseeing the Company's leasing operations. Prior to joining DivcoWest, Mr. Teng was Vice President and Asset Manager for JPMorgan Chases' portfolio of corporate real estate in the Western United States. He also served as JPMorgan Chase's Real Estate Financial Controller for the Western and Southern United States on a portfolio of over 12 million square feet and 200 properties. He has overseen asset management or leasing for over 8.5 million square feet and over 130 properties. Mr. Teng received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas. He is a licensed attorney and certified mediator in Texas and licensed real estate broker in California.
