Ms. Pham is DivcoWest's Controller and is primarily responsible for overseeing the accounting functions for all properties within and outside of Market Street and corporate entities. Ms. Pham joined Divco in January of 1997, bringing with her 15 years of real estate accounting experience. Prior to joining Divco, she was the Assistant Controller at Paragon Group. Before the Paragon Group, she was an accounting manager at Lincoln Property Company. Ms. Pham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Minor in Corporate and Partnership Taxation from California State University, Hayward.  Additionally, she holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.

Mr. Martz is primarily responsible for working with the Controller and Chief Financial Officer to develop and administer the accounting standards, policies and procedures for DivcoWest's current and future portfolios. Prior to joining DivcoWest, Mr. Martz worked at The Siegfried Group, LLP where he provided interim financial assistance primarily to Fortune 1000 companies during critical times of need. Prior to The Siegfried Group, LLP, Mr. Martz also worked for Foster's Wine Estates and Deloitte & Touche LLP. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Germanic Studies from Indiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
