Market Street Capital Partners has acquired over 160 acres of residential land which contain over 1,525 fully entitled finished parceled lots prepared for single-family home construction in the Phoenix and Las Vegas market. DivcoWest and its partner have completed six acquisitions to date, all priced at significant discount to the actual cost basis.

  Coyote Valley Research Park is a 588 gross-acre site with approximately 279 net developable acres located within the Coyote Valley in southern San Jose (the "Project"). The project was originally planned as Cisco Systems' worldwide headquarters.  The Project is currently fully approved to construct 4.4 MM square feet of commercial/industrial space.
